Cider is an effervescent apple wine using 100% Fujirigiri produced in Nagano Prefecture. Alcohol is less than 8%. It is made by secondary fermentation in a bottle (champagne recipe), it seems to be a very rare genuine cider in Japan. It is 1,850 yen in 720 ml.



Apple wine also uses 100% Fujirigiri. It is 1320 yen at 720 ml.
