"Tuvalu Visualization Project" which mapped the voice of people living in Tuvalu on Google Earth
An island country in the South Pacific · Tuvalu is an island surrounded by four coral reefs and five atolls, and the highest altitude in the country is 4.5 m, which is a very low altitude. It is also worried that the whole country will sink into the ocean if the sea level rises due to climate change in the future.

I actually touched it at the venue. As I approached Tuvalu with Google Earth, I saw something.
Pop-up photos of people on the island are popping up.
I tried one click on it.
Then you can read that person's message like this. He is Melita Fossaga (80). "It's fun to sit here, feel the fresh air and watching the grandchildren playing."
I tried moving to another island.
The picture that I shot with GPS fieldwork is gissiri.

Tuvalu's place is around here, Australia and New Zealand are visible, but it is a distance that can never be said to be close.
On the official website, data files are distributed so that these messages and photos can be displayed even in my Google Earth.
