Place your iPhone/iPod Touch on the floor.
Tap it with the tip of your nose. The tile breaks and the app will count your push-ups. No cheating!
As in every martial arts, there's a proper decorum in Push-Ups Dojo.
Wipe your oily nose!
Put your iPhone on the floor!
Smash the tile one by one!
Smash the tile!
You can do it!
There are four types of objects you can smash in four stages.
Tiles at the Dojo.
Bricks in the back yard.
Crocks in the pottery studio.
And eggs in the kitchen.
You can listen to your favourite music while working out.
Gonna Fly Now seems to be strongly recommended. Macho Man might also get you going.
The push-ups score are presented with a chart.
Rotate the device to enlarge graph.
The score could be posted on Twitter after each workout session.
