Reproduce the taste of tradition founded in 1898, "Soba Freedom" and Lawson's collaboration menu Taste Review
A dish founded in Namba in 1873Senba Freedom"Indian curry (Indian curry) and Haishibe (Hashid beef) are well established specialty dishes. Since the commodity which Soba Freedom and Lawson collaborated was released, we bought it and tried it.
Review from below.
Actually, all five types, but only dry curry rice balls could not be obtained. The upper left is "Western food curry bread", the upper right is "baked cheese curry", the lower left is "curry spaghetti" and the lower right is "specialty Indian curry." It seems to be limited products in Kinki area.
The specialty Indian curry (470 yen) is a curry mixed rice and curry roux from the beginning, and drops the egg on the central recess and eats it.
Tin in range.
Drop eggs in the center and apply Worcester sauce. Curry is seasoned considerably dry. The acidity of Worcester sauce comes in while the yolk of egg is entangled and it is a taste with depth that is not just curry. When currying at home, sometimes you put rice into the remaining roux and make a similar Indian curry, but at that time also it will be delicious finishing Worcester sauce. I want to copy it with eggs.
Grilled cheese curry (398 yen). I warm up the range firmly so that the cheese melts.
Is this suitable for cheese? Ruu is sweet. It is as baked as a risotto, it looks like it is not curry though it is curry. Eggs are slightly mozzo with cut soba.
Curry spaghetti (420 yen) feels like a challenging menu.
Spaghetti is covered with curry as it reads.
I do not know who thought it, but it is bold.
Completed with sprinkled cheese. It feels like simply replacing the meat sauce of meat sauce spaghetti with curry sauce, but this is surprisingly suitable. I do not know if it is the spaghetti's acceptance that accepts any sauce, or whatever menu it is the strength of curry sauce dyed to curry flavor, but people who like curry and spaghetti, may not be damaged.
At the end is western restaurant curry bread (125 yen).
With just as much hotness as a specialty indian curry, there is no gap between the raw bread and the bread, and the curry is packed perfectly. Since it is not freshly prepared curry buns, there are complaints that the surface is not crispy or if you feel warm when you warm it in the range, but the taste of Ruu tastes like it is a delightful balance I will.
I actually went to "Soba Freedom" and did not enter the collaboration menuHaishibeI would like to try and eat.
