Movie that understands the shock when you shoot a rifle

In movies and television, I think that there are many scenes that are shooting, not feeling particularly strong shocks, but it is a movie that you can see well what kind of shock is when you shoot a rifle. I think that it depends on the type of rifle, but is there really such a shock in reality?

The movie is from the following.
A numb pattern in my hands

Shoulder hurts

It seems that I ripped the rifle unintentionally.

I was so surprised

I'm running away

Additional notes:Incidentally, this rifle is for large hunting of large animals called C "T - REX rifle", and it is a silo monochrome of 57.7 caliber. Since the bullet which is said to be the strongest on the market is 46 caliber, ".460 Wetherby Magnum", you can see the power of that power.
