Men who have not been drinking drinks other than cola for 40 years
There are men in Croatia who have been hydration only with cola for the last 40 years. I'm also worried about diabetes, but according to the person, it seems quite healthy.

For 40 years, instead of alcohol, Cola has always come to drink after every meal and before going to bed. When it comes to cola, it is the only thing that Pero felt as delicious as wine.
Although the mother who got rid of drinking alcohol has already died, Pero does not feel like trying to stop cola and try to drink alcohol, and he is still drinking only cola.
Pero commented, 'Cola is like a drug for me. I will continue to drink Cola for the rest of my life,' he said, and he has no plans to change his life. By the way, if you keep drinking cola for 40 years, you have not suffered from a major illness.
