A man who came to the UK for a purpose seems to have tried to be arrested because he wanted to go to a prison where he could receive English education because he wanted to go to prison. On 12th October last year Ali Majlat (35) was arrested by raping a 21 - year - old woman who was at the platform of Wakefield Kirkgate station to the underpass and raped. Majlat suspects that he is admitting charges.

Majlat seems to have served a prison in Romania with a criminal record in the past and attempted theft and robbery attempted. After entering prison he entered the UK to visit the brothers in the British prison, and then raped the woman. It seems to have escaped to London once, but it seems that information was gotten by arbitrary arrangement and led to arrest.

After the arrest, Majlat told the psychiatrist that he had a roof and was given food, and he decided to rape to go to a prison where he could take English lessons.
