Sweet potatoes of 11.3 kg heaviest in the world are discovered
Sweet potatoes that are routinely seen in supermarkets and the like are mostly of the size that can be easily held with one hand, but 11.3 kg of sweet potatoes as large as they have to hold with both hands are said to have been found. The size itself is a volume that overwhelms others, and it is possible to make a fair amount of sweet potato cuisine if the taste is good.
Details are as below.

Khalil Semhat, who runs agriculture where he went 85 km south of Beirut, the capital of Lebanon, discovered huge sweet potatoes. When digging sweet potatoes from the ground it seems they borrowed help from friends, "I have been working since I was a child, but it was the first time I saw such a large sweet potato," Khalil says.

Mr. Khalil claims that he is not using chemical fertilizers or chemicals to grow sweet potatoes and wishes to register for Guinness. Currently registered in the Guinness Book of 3.5 kg, found by British K Sloan, it seems that there will be a significant record update if certified.
