"Magical Girl Lyrical Nanoha" becoming movie, completely re-drawing TV animation.

"Magical Girl Lyrical Nanoha" is to become a movie, according to Gakken's "Megami-Magazine" issued on July 30th.

The plot will be based on the 1st series of TV animation, but costumes and mechanics will be brushed up. And for surprise, the whole images will be re-drawned. The movie is now in production and distributed within 2009.

The images are going to be completery re-drawn and no images from TV or DVD will be used, aiming to give fresh excitement for old fans while natural introductions for new comers.

The title of the movie becomes "Magical Girl Lyrical Nanoha The MOVIE 1st", which indicates the possiblity of "Magical Girl Lyrical Nanoha A's" and "Magical Girl Lyrical Nanoha StrikerS" becoming a movie.
