According to this article, ASUS announced that it is about 1 liter in volume, after acknowledging that it is planning to release "Ebox", a desktop version of a low-priced notebook PC "EeePC".
The main body size is expected to be 2.7 cm in width, 17.8 cm in height and 22.2 cm in depth, and it corresponds to VESA mount, so it can be installed on the back side of a wall hanger or LCD monitor. The OS adopts Linux or Windows XP, and said that it has 160GB HDD and 2GB memory.
The price and the CPU are said to be announced at the exhibition to be held next week in Taiwan, and the release which is worrisome seems to be around the end of July.
Since it has enough capacity for HDD and memory for a low price personal computer, it would be a highly practical machine coupled with compactness.
