Photographs and movies of "Solar Ark", an ultra-huge ark type solar power generation facility
The solar ark is a huge power generation facility with a total length of 315 m and a height of 37 m and there are many people who have seen it since the Tokaido Shinkansen passes immediately. This was constructed by Sanyo Electric, and it seems that it is becoming a learning facility equipped with solar cell science hall inside.
Details are as below.
When you look up you can see the sky from the gap.
A considerable sense of oppression when viewed from the bottom.
The inside looks like this.
It is lighted up at night.
It is likely to emerge even now.
Panoramic photography makes me understand its size well.

Only the feet of four legs are supporting the huge structure. It seems weak to the wind and the earthquake, but it can withstand up to wind speed of 34 m / s and it seems to be OK even if earthquake of the Great Hanshin Earthquake class comes.

The following movies were visited by Solar Ark. I also seem to have gone to a science hall inside.

I saw it on Google Maps. Solar arc is a horizontally long building on a fan-shaped parking lot. It seems a bit confusing at a glance.
Google Maps
The number of solar cells used on the surface of a huge solar arc is 5046. Although it was released as a solar photovoltaic module, it seems that recycling is used to collect what was collected due to insufficient output. The annual power generation amount is about 530,000 kWh, and the generated electricity is used as the electric power in the factory.
