"Potato chips pizza rich" reproduced with potatoes
Pizza rich which was sold in the Kanto Limited last October was out as a new product at the convenience store in Osaka, so I tried it for the time being. The taste of cheese and salami is strongly like pizza but it has become a complicated taste mixed with various other tastes.
I tried challenging themselves to make pizza taste chips by saying that if there is cheese and salami it would be a pizza-like taste.

Pour the potatoes into oil heated to around 180 degrees.

When I tried to eat terribly, I made it a completely different taste from pizza rich. Due to the excessive pizza sauce being dominated by the taste of tomatoes, potatoes and cheese became vivid tastes almost imperceptible. I just felt freshly fried chips was tasty, I felt very bad feeling.

Because it was so terrible taste, I tried searching for a pizza rich bag for the time being in order to produce a chips to be convinced. Since the order of raw material names is listed in descending order of usage, you should bring the taste as well by adjusting the amount of ingredients applied.

The pizza sauce was also different in taste pretty much for the two kinds used this time. One is Kagome's "Pizza sauce of ripe tomatoes", and the other is Snow Brand's "Pizza sauce many ingredients." Kagome is closer to tomato sauce rather than pizza sauce and it is a fancy finish with a pretty fresh taste. The people of Snow Brand have various kinds of ingredients and taste like it will be pizza if you hang it, this one is closer to the taste of pizza rich.
As a result of making it long, the most delicious chips are not fried freshly added. Somehow, it was a challenge that can be filled with awe in respect of food developers who would always be doing this kind of thing.
