NASA adopts Star Wars' Droid to the International Space Station

If you've seen Star Wars, you may be familiar with it, but I was inspired by that small robot "Droid" that flew around in the air and really flying around. It is actually six years from idea to completion. Five machines that are currently completed and actually move. One of them finally decided to be sent to the International Space Station. great.

By the way, it seems that the experiment of whether or not the airplane is made to go down rapidly in it and it works properly has already been done.

This droid, ultrasonic sensor, pressure gauge, carbon dioxide tank and attitude control thrusters are really the structure of the SF world itself, it is just astonishing.

Among them, I went on a journey of space in 2001 "HALIs the era in which it will be put into practical use?
