The Surface Pro 12-inch (12th generation) is a device that Microsoft describes as 'the most portable and versatile model in our Surface Pro lineup,' and it's a 2-in-1 model that can switch between tablet and PC modes.

This device truly shines when connected to the separately sold 'Pro 12-inch Keyboard' and 'Surface Slim Pen,' boosting performance and graphics capabilities with the power of the Snapdragon X2 Plus (6 cores). It's advertised as being 'quiet even when running continuously for 6 hours with 20 tabs open and performing rendering tasks,' and media outlets that have had a chance to try the actual device have

praised it, saying, 'It feels cool to the touch, and it's amazing that this is achieved without a fan.'

One of its key features is the 500-nit 'PixelSense' touchscreen, which is 25% brighter than the previous generation model. It weighs 686g, and memory options include 8GB, 12GB, 16GB, and 24GB, while storage options include 256GB and 512GB. Microsoft has noted that 'Copilot+ PC functionality is only available on select configurations with 16GB or more of RAM.' The suggested retail price for Japan starts at 195,580 yen. While it has been announced that sales will begin in some markets on October 13th, the release date for Japan is unknown.

The Surface Laptop 13-inch (8th generation) is a thin and lightweight standard-style notebook PC featuring a full-size backlit keyboard and a precision touchpad. It's powered by a Snapdragon X2 Plus (6-core) processor, offering superior battery life and lighter weight compared to the 13.8-inch and 15-inch models of the same generation.

The suggested retail price for the 13-inch Surface Laptop starts at 157,050 yen. It is also listed as 'available in some markets from October 13th,' but information regarding Japan is unknown.

The Surface Mouse (2nd generation) is a mouse that incorporates haptic feedback, providing vibrations at the moment a click is recognized, when a window snaps to its designated position, and when an object is perfectly aligned.

It operates for up to 6 months on two AAA alkaline batteries. In addition to left click, right click, and middle click buttons, it has a customizable action button. It uses Bluetooth 6.0 connectivity. The price starts at $79.99 (approximately 12,600 yen), and it will also be available in some markets from October 13th.
