Until now, Google Tensor, which has been manufactured by Samsung, has been manufactured at a minimum of 4nm process node, but the Tensor G5 will be manufactured by TSMC, which is capable of production at 3nm process node.

According to Android Authority, Google has been using a combination of two video codecs, the AV1 codec core called 'BigWave' and Samsung MFC. However, Tensor G5 is equipped with Chips & Media's WAVE677DV, which will enable encoding and decoding at up to 4K 120fps in AV1, VP9, HEVC and H.264.
Android Authority also states, 'Google's partnership with Samsung has given it the foundation to design its own chips.'
On the other hand, foreign media Android Police said, 'The Tensor G5's new components will not dramatically change the performance of the Pixel 10. However, Google's proprietary Tensor G5 is expected to improve camera quality, reduce bugs, and make the system smoother.'

In addition, the Pixel 10 is expected to be equipped with Google's AI assistant 'Pixie,' which is expected to support user actions using information from apps such as calendars, contacts, and documents.
