The top-of-the-line Snapdragon G3 Gen 3 is the first Snapdragon G series to support Unreal Engine 5 's dynamic global illumination and reflection feature, Lumen , on an Android gaming machine. Compared to the previous generation, CPU performance has been improved by 30%, graphics performance has been accelerated by 28%, and power optimization and energy efficiency have been improved. In addition, the adoption of FastConnect 7800 and support for Wi-Fi 7 have reduced latency and increased bandwidth.
The mid-range model, Snapdragon G2 Gen 2, is optimized for gaming at 144fps and cloud gaming, and is designed with a focus on balancing performance and efficiency for dedicated gaming devices. Compared to the previous generation G2 Gen 1, CPU performance is 2.3 times higher and GPU performance is 3.8 times higher. Snapdragon G2 Gen 2 also uses FastConnect 7800.

According to Qualcomm, devices equipped with the next-generation 'Snapdragon G' series are scheduled to be released by manufacturers such as AYANEO, ONEXSUGAR, and Retroid Pocket from the first quarter of 2025.
