Elon Musk files lawsuit seeking injunction to block commercialization of OpenAI
Elon Musk, the owner of X and co-founder and former director of OpenAI, has filed an antitrust lawsuit against OpenAI and its executives and former executives for alleged anti-competitive conduct. The lawsuit claims that Musk's side has filed an injunction to stop OpenAI from becoming a commercial company.

Musk is suing OpenAI, its CEO Sam Altman, its president Greg Brockman, former director Reid Hoffman, former director and Microsoft vice president Dee Templeton, Microsoft and others for violating antitrust laws.
Musk's lawyers argue that the injunction should 'prevent OpenAI from benefiting from competitive confidential information improperly obtained through its ties to Microsoft and from boardroom coordination.'
