The DW-5000R is a standard model that returns to the origins of G-SHOCK, which created a new category in the watch market, and is made with the intention of creating a new category with G-SHOCK once again. This reissue model is said to be more reproducible than previous limited reissue models. The band follows the original DW-5000C model in not only length but also the uneven shape of the band holes and the position of the dimples.



The part of the bezel with the text on it is flat, and the red, blue, and yellow coloring of the face is the same design as the DW-5000C.



Attention to detail has been paid to every detail, including the stainless steel center case and screw back engraved with 'Shock Resistant.'



Like the first model, it is produced at Casio Yamagata, the mother factory of G-SHOCK. Meanwhile, environmentally friendly materials have been selected, such as the inclusion of a high-brightness LED backlight and the use of biomass plastic for the bezel and band, which reduces the environmental impact.

The manufacturer's suggested retail price for the DW-5000R is 33,000 yen including tax.
