On the foreign message board site Reddit, one user reported that 'even though I'm a YouTube Premium subscriber, ads are displayed when I play videos.'

Another user in Germany also reported the same thing. In Germany, YouTube is testing a cheaper plan called ' YouTube Premium Lite ' that displays some ads, but it has not been revealed which plan the user is subscribed to.
