The iPhone 14 Plus, released in October 2022, is a 'Plus' model not available in the previous generation iPhone 13 series. Its display size is 6.7 inches, the same size as the iPhone 14 Pro Max, but other specifications are the same as the iPhone 14. The rear camera specifications are also the same dual camera as the iPhone 14, consisting of a 12-megapixel main camera and an ultra-wide-angle camera.

Apple has announced that there is a problem with the iPhone 14 Plus where the preview does not appear when using the rear camera. If you experience this problem, you can open Apple's official repair service program page and enter the serial number in the text box at the top of the screen to check whether your device is eligible for the program.

You can check your iPhone's serial number by opening the Settings app and tapping 'General' then 'About.'

For devices covered by the program, you can receive free repair service from Apple or an Apple Authorized Service Provider. Note that this program does not extend the normal product warranty period for the iPhone 14 Plus, and if you have already paid to repair the rear camera of your iPhone 14 Plus, you are recommended to contact support as you can receive a refund.

This program will apply to eligible iPhone 14 Plus devices for three years from the first retail sale date.
