The Gemini-integrated content search feature, Ask Photos , allows users to quickly browse content that matches their criteria by simply asking a question such as, 'Show me the best photos of national parks I've visited.'

This is said to make it easier to find a specific photo among the large number of photos you have taken.

In addition to the above examples, Gemini can also recognize objects in photos and help you search. For example, if you ask, 'What was the theme of Lena's birthday party?', it will explain what the decorations in the photo were. It can also answer questions such as, 'Where did you go camping last year?' and 'When is the expiration date of a coupon?'

In addition, it also has a support function that helps you think of words to post when sharing on social media.

Google explained the feature, saying, 'Ask Photos is experimental and we can't get everything right, but we employ multiple layers of safeguards and AI models to ensure a safe and appropriate response. And if you correct your answer or provide additional information, Ask Photos can remember the details for the future.'

Ask Photos will be rolling out 'soon.'
