You can play Shiga Prefecture Quoits by accessing the link above. When you start the game, Shiga Prefecture will move left and right at the bottom of the screen. Clicking inside the screen will stop Shiga Prefecture and determine the position to throw Shiga Prefecture.
Next, a bar will appear at the top of the screen that determines how hard you throw Shiga. Clicking on the screen will determine how hard you throw, and Shiga will be thrown forward.
Flying through Shiga Prefecture. If the stick passes through Lake Biwa, you've cleared the level.
If you fall without passing through the pole, you will fail. If you fail, you can retry by clicking the button at the bottom right of the screen or pressing the R key on your keyboard.

You clear the level when the Lake Biwa part passes through the pole.
Even if the ball gets caught on the stick and stops, it is considered a clear, but if you throw it well, it is possible to get it through completely.
If the ring toss is successful, there will be a cut-in scene.
