According to Bloomberg's Brody Ford, who obtained internal Adobe documents, Adobe is asking its network of photographers and artists to contribute video material.

The videos they are looking for include not only footage of parts of the human body such as feet, hands, or eyes, but also footage of everyday activities such as walking or expressing emotions, as well as footage of people using smartphones or fitness equipment. Providers of the material will be paid $120 (approximately 18,400 yen).

Ford said, 'On average, you can expect to pay $2.62 per minute of video, but it could be as high as $7.25 per minute,' which suggests they're looking for a total of 15 to 45 minutes of video.

In response to a request for comment from Ford, an Adobe spokesperson pointed to a previous comment made by an executive that 'video generation capabilities are in the works.'

In addition, creating AI models requires a huge amount of training material, and researchers are concerned that 'training data will run out by 2026.'
