I bought ``Bruletta'', a raw brûlée tart with a melting sweetness that melts in your mouth, at Brûlémerise in Tokyo Station.
One of the most popular items in the Tokyo Gift Palette souvenir shop at Tokyo Station is the Bruletta , a fresh brûlée tart from the Brûlée Merize shop. It's a limited edition item with vouchers distributed twice a day, once in the morning and once in the evening. When I went to Tokyo the other day, I happened upon the timing when the vouchers were being distributed, so I bought it and tried it.

You can find ``Brumerize'' in the Tokyo Gift Palette near the Yaesu North Exit of Tokyo Station. Bruletta vouchers are distributed twice a day in the morning from 9:30 on weekdays, from 9:00 on weekends and holidays, and in the evening from 5:00 pm.
The landmark is Melise, a girl with a brûlée on her head.
The brumerises lined up in the showcase are sample items.
I bought it and brought it home.
Ingredients include flower paste and milk. 395kcal per piece.
The cross section looks like this, the inside of the crispy surface is filled with melting custard cream, and when you eat it, the rich sweetness spreads throughout your mouth. After that, the caramel at the bottom touches your tongue, and the bittersweetness that comes at the end enhances the sweetness even more.
Bruletta is 1,728 yen including tax for 3 pieces. When purchased, it is frozen, and after 2 to 3 hours, it becomes like an iced cake, and after 4 hours, the cream becomes thicker. The basic package comes with an ice pack, but a cooler bag is also available separately.
