House Foods has released `` Pro Quality Pasta Sauce 3 Bags [Rich Neapolitan],' ' which allows you to make restaurant-quality Neapolitan sauce just by heating it in the microwave. I was told that even though it was in a retort form, I could taste the fragrant Neapolitan as if it had been stir-fried in a frying pan, so I made it using the sample they provided and tried it out.

I actually tried making it. First, arrange the separately prepared pasta on a plate.
Warm the sauce in the microwave. The approximate heating time is 50 seconds for 500W, 40 seconds for 600W, and 30 seconds for 700W.

Pour the warm sauce over the pasta. The sauce contained finely chopped onions, mushrooms and minced meat.

I tried adding sauce to the pasta.

When I tried it, it tasted more like demi-glace sauce than Neapolitan. Although the sourness of boiled tomatoes is a little strong, the ``sweetness'' of the demi-glace sauce is also said to be second to none. The sourness combined with the sweetness of the pasta itself creates a ``just right'' anbai that is neither too strong nor too weak. It's a little disappointing that the only ingredients are minced meat, chopped mushrooms, and onions, but the quality was good enough to be cooked in the microwave.
