Media mix project “LiveRevolt” decides to produce new work “LiveRevolt Re:venge-Enhanced Voice-”, restarts for the first time in 4 years



A special stage of the media mix project ' Live Revolt ', which had been on hiatus after being developed for two years from 2017 to 2019, was held at Machi★Asobi vol.27, and the restart of the project and the production of a new project were announced. Ta.

On stage were Haruki Sejima ( Aki Isumi ), the original author and general director of ``Live Revolt,'' and Kaari Taguchi , who plays Akane Fujiwara.



'Live Revolt' is a character IP and artist project announced in 2017. The concept is for the voice actors to play the characters while also performing live, and the songs are often intense rock songs with fast BPMs. Characters form buddies in pairs and compete for the top grades at school in live battles with other units.

This is a collaboration work with ' swing,sing ', which Sejima-san is working on the original work in the same way as Live Revolt. Mr. Taguchi was quite surprised since he had talked to the members just before, and had thought that Live Revolt had already ended. On the other hand, Mr. Sejima also wondered, ``Is it really that difficult to move something that has stopped?''

After the DJ performance, Mr. Sejima announced the logo for his new work 'Live Revolt Revenge-Enhanced Voice-'.



The new work depicts 25 years after Live Revolt, and eight new characters will appear as a new generation. In other words, it will be a child generation work with the old work as the parent generation, but the characters from the past will also appear in some form. There are also plans to have previous cast members appear in the new generation's live performances.

In addition, auditions will be held for the new generation of cast members. According to Sejima-san, it will be an open audition like last time.
