The statement from Guinness World Records is as follows: It says that it was 'deleted from the official website' and that the certified record itself was not deleted.

After receiving the investigative report of the late Johnny Kitagawa, which was announced the other day, we have decided that it is not appropriate to post his record in this situation, and have deleted his record from the official website.

Regarding expungement of records, our Code of Conduct states that we will scrutinize them when they are found guilty.

The record for which Mr. Kitagawa was certified is
Person who has produced the most concerts (8419 in 10 years since 2000)
The person who produced the most number one singles (232 songs on the Japanese Oricon charts between 1974 and 2010)
The person who produced the singers who achieved the most number 1 spots on the charts (35 groups on Japan's Oricon charts)
These three are also listed on the history of Johnny's Office's official website.
