Twitterrific is one of the first third-party Twitter apps that has been developed since 2007 and has an illustrious career, including winning an Apple Design Award. However, Twitterrific ended its development after Twitter quietly updated its developer terms, effectively banning third-party Twitter apps. Sean Heber of the development team updated the official blog on the 19th and spelled out his feelings.
