A part of the video looks like this. The poster, Ruben Hofs, was the one who discovered the video posted on TikTok, not the person who shot it.

What you see is an object carried by a trailer. You can hear the photographer or someone near the photographer saying something like 'What's that?'
From the scenery reflected in the picture, it is said that it is Lockheed Martin's Helendale radar cross section facility.
Coincidentally, this morning I stumbled upon a very interesting tiktok video of an unknown shape on a flatbed trailer. The scaffolding in the background got my interest and this appears to be the Helendale Radar Cross Section Facility. Also, this does not seem to resemble the pic.twitter.com/Yo9WcKrDkQ

When using the radar cross section facility, the aircraft is turned upside down, so it seems that this figure with the photo upside down is correct.

The news site, The Drive, points out that the aircraft contains multiple concepts of the next-generation air superiority fighter (NGAD). On the other hand, it is presumed that the confidentiality is not so high because the photo was taken outdoors in a bright time, which is exposed to the eyes of contractors.
In addition, after military journalist Steve Trimble showed this video to Commander Mark Kelly of the U.S. Air Force Air Combat Command, he answered 'I do not know what is in the picture', and then he fooled Mr. Trimble's laptop for about 20 seconds. He said he was staring at him. Commander Kelly seemed to be 'between confusion and admiration,' Trimble said.
I showed this to Gen Mark Kelly, Air Combat Command chief. His immediate reply was that he had no idea what it was. And then he took my laptop and stared at it for about 20 seconds. His expression was (WARNING: my impression) somewhere between confused and impressed. Https://t.co/XY1MN3nYzV
