That's why I bought the menu I was looking for at Mos Burger.
First of all, I will eat Focaccia sandwich.
The Focaccia sandwich looks like this. Since a special focaccia is used instead of the buns, the appearance is less voluminous.
The diameter of the sand is about 10 cm.
Inside the focaccia, there are plenty of U-shaped horseshoe-shaped sausages, shredded cabbage, and 'glamping sauce,' which is an original barbecue sauce full of vegetables such as cabbage, eggplant, and beech.
When I actually eat it, the focaccia is not as plump as the buns, but it has a chewy texture. When you chew the horseshoe-shaped sausage, the skin on the surface pops off, and the umami and gravy of the pork overflows from the inside. The glamping sauce is a Mos Burger-like sauce with plenty of vegetables, and it has a slightly spicy stimulus. The sauce is too generous, but the taste is not too strong, so you can put plenty of sauce in your mouth at once or eat it with potatoes and other garnishes.
It looks like this, and the light green color of the special buns kneaded with spinach puree is characteristic.
The buns are about 8-9 cm in diameter. It's smaller in diameter than the Focaccia sandwich, but instead it's a tall burger.

In the back of the shredded lettuce, I found a patty based on sliced tomatoes and soybean-derived ingredients. In addition, konjac and cabbage are kneaded into this soybean patty to improve the eating response.
Green Terimayo sauce is provided as an attachment, and the eating side can freely adjust the amount of sauce.
Teriyaki sauce uses fine white sugar made from sugar beet, mustard and black pepper to reproduce the light sweetness and sharpness. On the other hand, green mayo sauce uses edamame instead of eggs, and it is finished in a slightly green sauce.
I will eat it with plenty of this sauce.
Although it is a green burger that does not use animal-derived ingredients, there is no sense of discomfort in the patty when eaten as a hamburger. Speaking of teriyaki sauce, it has a unique sweet and spicy flavor, but 'Green Burger [Teriyaki]' is quite light because it has plenty of vegetables sandwiched, and it gives an impression that it can be eaten refreshingly. You can also feel the sweetness derived from spinach kneaded into the buns. The buns feel sweet and sweet when eaten alone, but it seems that the overall balance is not impaired even if the buns' claim is strong, probably because it has a refreshing taste with plenty of vegetables.
