First, the iPhone 13 'Midnight' (left) and the iPhone 12 'Black' (right) look like this side by side. 'Midnight' looks a little bluish compared to 'Black'.
There is almost no difference on the back of the iPhone 13 'Starlight' (left) and the iPhone 12 'white' (right).
Apple Watch Series 7 'Midnight Aluminum Case & Midnight Sports Band' (left) and Apple Watch Series 6 'Space Gray Aluminum Case & Black Sports Band' (right). The impression that Series 7 is slightly bluish.
Apple Watch Series 7 'Starlight Aluminum Case & Starlight Solo Loop' (left) and Apple Watch Series 6 'Silver Aluminum Case & White Solo Loop'. This makes a clear difference, and you can see that Starlight is a yellowish color, somewhere between silver and gold.
None of them are arranged side by side, so they are just for reference, but at least those who choose 'Midnight' and 'Starlight' are the 'black', 'space gray', and 'silver' that they have used so far. It should be taken into account that the colors are likely to be different.
