As part of the parental control feature, iOS implements the ability to restrict adult websites. This feature can be enabled from 'Web Content' in the 'Content Restrictions' section of 'Settings'.

However, when this function was enabled, the phenomenon that 'the word' Asian 'cannot be searched in Safari' was confirmed in December 2019. Below is the screen where you searched for 'Stop Asian Hate' in Safari after actually enabling the same function. You can see that it has been filtered as 'You cannot browse this page at' google.com 'because it is restricted.'
This phenomenon always occurred if the word 'Asian' was included, such as 'Asian food', 'Asian actors', and 'Asian art'.
The feature in question should be aimed at adult websites only, and there have been a series of criticisms that blocking all the very common words 'Asian' is obviously strange, but for over a year this problem Was never fixed. However, it was finally confirmed that this issue was fixed in iOS 14.5, which is still in beta testing as of March 31, 2021.
If you install the beta version of iOS 14.5, you can search including 'Asian' as shown below even if you enable this function.
According to Mashable, a news site that detailed the issue, Google search spokeswoman Danny Sullivan said on Twitter that Apple had left it for over a year. It is possible that the statement 'to clarify' may have had an impact.
As you understand, this isn't a block that Google Search is doing. It's being done by iOS. But I'll see if we have contacts at Google that might raise this with Apple, so they can look into it.

As of March 31, 2021, the official release date of iOS 14.5 is undecided.
