The game start screen looks like this. There is a single mode and a party mode for up to 4 people. First, select “Gunma no Yabo!” For one person.
In the single mode, a screen divided into two screens is displayed.
On the left is a screen to collect 'GUNMA (G)' necessary to make Gunma a region other than Gunma. Manipulate the blue chunk and collect G. It's a bit confusing, but it looks like Gunma Prefecture.
You can earn G by catching Gunma specialty products such as Tsumagoi cabbage, Shimonita leek, and Konjac that come down from above. The specialty products are not only those of Gunma, but also those of other prefectures that have been suppressed.
Special products that could not be caught fall down, but that does not mean that you can not get 1G. If you fall in the area marked “× 1”, you will get a G equal to 0.1 times the catch, and if you fall in the area “× 2”, you will get a G equivalent to 0.2 times the catch. In other words, you can earn a certain amount of G if you leave it unattended, even if you do not catch the special product hard.
You can check the total amount of G you have on the screen on the right. It is possible to accumulate up to 9999999999G.
In the screen on the right, you can select where to take control. First of all, I decided to take control from Tochigi prefecture next to Gunma.

As Midori-shi comes out, we can change population of Tochigi to Gunma citizens for 50,942 people equal to population of city. Since the population of Tochigi is 19,237,792, the mysterious theory that if the population of 19,237,792 can be subtracted by gacha, all the people of Tochigi will become Gunma citizens and Tochigi will become Gunma. The population and municipal information is as of 2015.
You can draw gacha by consuming G, but the more you pull gacha, the more G you need. At first, it was 100G, but the amount went up rapidly, and I quickly became short of G, so I had to earn G more and more.
When the suppression is completed, the snowstorm will dance and the text 'XX has become Gunma Prefecture' will be displayed.
You can check how Tochigi is actually controlled by Gunma from the following movie. Although I edited some of them at 4x speed, I was able to control them in about 5 minutes. If you take a special product, a sound effect called 'Gunmar' will sound, so if you keep listening, it seems that Gunma will be suppressed to the player's head.
Suppressed lands are displayed in blue. The order of places to take control is not particularly determined, so you can make a Gunma from anywhere you like.
You can also use the gacha to pull over the provinces you control. The prefectures are clearly more populated than the municipalities in Gunma Prefecture, so if you can get good prefectures in a gacha, you can control each prefecture at a stretch.
The following movie shows the state of Tokushima prefecture that was suppressed by one gacha. You can learn about the large population of each prefecture.
In other words, if you get Tokyo, Kanagawa, Osaka, etc., where the population is large, you can easily conquer other prefectures if you get good gacha. However, prefectures with larger populations need more G to control.
