According to reports, Google Home and Home Mini stop responding with 4 LEDs on. Some users seemed to be able to fix the problem by restarting the device or resetting it to factory settings, but most users ca n’t fix the problem by doing the same thing, It seems that it is no longer useful.

The cause of this problem is an automatic firmware update, and Google Home and Google Home Mini are particularly affected. Although Google officially commented 'I 'm working on the problem ' at the end of September 2019, the problem remained uncorrected for about a month.
