I tried eating it to see what kind of taste the green tea cream puff is for mature green tea, which is rich in taste and richness not found in freshly picked tea leaves by daring to put green tea on purpose.

At the storefront, there was a signboard that appealed the appearance of a limited-time menu.



So, I actually bought a cream puff.



It looks like this when you take out the matured green tea shoe (230 yen including tax) on a plate.



The diameter of the shoe is almost the same as the long side of the traffic IC card.



Matcha was sprinkled abundantly on the surface of the dough.



If you cut it in half, you can see that the pale green cream is full.



When I ate it, the dough was finished crispy and moist. And from cream, in addition to the smell of sweet green tea (juju), you can feel a solid body and elegant sweetness. The bittersweetness of the green tea on the dough is a good accent, and it makes the taste of the cream soothing, so I was able to enjoy the cream fully filled without getting bored.



Aging Matcha is sold for a limited time from May 1st to May 31st, 2019. The price is 230 yen including tax.
