Da Vinci moved to France was the Cro-Ruse Castle, a mansion in the Amboise Castle premises where the King of France lived. Da Vinci spent three years in Clo Russe Castle, he was going to see him using the underpass to François I who calls himself "Father". When immigrating from Italy to France, it is said that Da Vinci brought in three paintings: " Mona Lisa " " St. Anna and Madonna and Child " and " John the Baptist ". And in 1519, Da Vinci died at the age of 67 because of a stroke in the bedroom of Clo Russe Castle.

As of 2019, Clo Russe Castle has been restored to the shape of the time when Da Vinci lived all the way to the bedroom, studio, fresco of the walls and the furnace side of the kitchen. Full-scale inventions including two-wheeled tanks, which is the invention of Da Vinci, are displayed in the garden.

by Calips

Construction began in the year when Da Vinci passed away at Chambord Castle, so Da Vinci never saw its completion. However, historians and researchers from Da Vinci regard Da Vinci as involved in the construction of at least a part of the castle. According to Mr. Eiichi Tanaka of Tohoku University emeritus, although the original design drawing of Da Vinci has not been found, the footprint of the building is unquestionably Da Vinci's design. The stairway of the double helix which is one of the highlights of the building seems to see mathematical elegance seen in almost all of Da Vinci's work.

◆ 3: Romorantan = Lantone

by Vincent 4145

Romorantan is a city that Francis I asked for design by hiring Da Vinci to create "the ideal village which becomes the capital of France". This project was a large scale including the construction of canals, royal palaces, gardens, water mills, irrigation (irrigation) farmlands, sewerage, suburban cities, but it was not realized by the death of Da Vinci.

◆ 4: Amboise Castle

Amboise Castle, which was used as the royal palace from the 1400s to the 1800s, was located 1,000 feet (300 meters) from the house of Da Vinci. Currently the castle, garden, tower, underground etc are open to visitors.

In the nineteenth century most of the palace was demolished, including the church in which Da Vinci was buried. About a hundred years later, when a bone that is considered to belong to Da Vinci is discovered, Da Vinci will be buried again in the church of Saint Hubert. In the tombstone the name of Da Vinci and the reason why it is buried in Saint Hubert are written.
