Ten countries are introducing Canadian Internet filtering technology for "Internet censorship"

It is not clear what country Netsweeper's technology is being introduced, but at Citizen Lab, we will scan publicly available IP addresses and check network measurement data and confirm installation in 30 countries . Utilizing further data, there are ten countries in Afghanistan, Bahrain, India, Kuwait, Pakistan, Qatar, Somalia, Sudan, the United Arab Emirates (UAE) and Yemen where ISPs are conducting filtering at the national level I confirmed.
In the following maps produced by Citizen Laboratory, it is the country which was painted brown and the introduction of Netsweeper was confirmed. Ten countries that Netsweeper plays an important role are painted in red.
Some of the cases blocked are listed as follows.
· Kuwait: abortion, sex education, alcohol
· Bahrain: politics,Human Rights Organization, Google's search results of "gay" "lesbian"
· UAE: Politics, human rights groups, Greenpeace (environmental protection organization), news,LGBT Q +
· Yemen: Political enemies, enemy news, net privacy tools
·India:Al Jazeera,Daily Telegraph, Part of YouTube, Facebook, Twitter account
