The first exhibition 'Nishio Ishin Daiji Exhibition' was held on August 9, 2017 at Daimaru Shinsaibashi store in Osaka to commemorate the 15th anniversary of Nishio Ishin's work as a writer. The exhibition will be held in Tokyo from 27th July 2017 to 8th August the following month and will be held in Osaka from 9th to 21st August. ◆Until the exhibition
The Daimaru Shinsaibashi store at the exhibition site is directly connected to Shinsaibashi Station on the Osaka Municipal Subway Midosuji Line. Shinsaibashi Station has good access to 3 stations from Osaka Station. The exhibition will also be held at 10 am when Daimaru opens. You can buy an admission ticket at the entrance waiting line, but if you buy an advance ticket at a convenience store, you can exchange it for an admission ticket. Tickets for the day are 1300 yen for adults, 700 yen for high school students and 500 yen for junior high school students. ◆ Introduction
Following the normal route from the entrance, Ishin Nishio's works were introduced in each series. The contents of the exhibition itself are only synopses and introductions of characters, but comments from Nishio Ishin are added here and there, and audio guides that can be heard at each point can only be tasted at the exhibition. On the wall at the front of the entrance, long campus art with characters for each series was exhibited. Some characters will be written down, so fans of the work can't miss it. 'Sword' from the right end.

Kyoko Kagegami of the Oblivion Detective Series and Medaka Kurokami from the manga work “Medaka Box” serialized in the Weekly Shonen Jump line up in the popular “Story Series” area. Most of the characters are on the cover of the novel.

The 'Fujou Series Spotlight' at the end of the Fenghoku series is a fan drool. Twenty-four character panels will illuminate randomly to show the character's name dialogues and interactions with other characters. There are other characteristic exhibits. This is a mechanism that, when you touch a line that falls on a huge screen in the back of the 'Story Series' area, the scene of that line will be animated.
There is another exhibit that cannot be overlooked in the 'Story Series'. There was a life-sized figure of Shinobu Oshino, one of the most popular characters in the series. Photography is possible.
There was also an area that reproduced the writing environment of Nishio Ishin. It is a valuable exhibit only for the 'Nishio Ishin Daijiten' because it is an artist who never publishes his workplace in the media. The character will explain in a voice guide, but it is said that we arrived at the end of various trials, such as a large desk, a learning desk and a bench.
On the way to the exit, the Nishio Ishin New Year table was posted, and the Nishio Ishin works were arranged in the order of publication. It seems that it is added that it exceeds 'XX characters'.
