The world's oldest McDonald's closed

I found that "McDonald 's in the world' s oldest building" in Shrewsbury, England is closed. A part of the building was built in the 12th century, and it seemed as if I had time slipped in the Middle Ages.

The exterior of the building is kore. It's normal, I do not feel the atmosphere like a medieval age.

Try inside ... ...

Like this. The wall is stone and the eating and drinking space seems to be underground. It certainly has an impression like a medieval reservoir.

Open the door of the tree ... ...

I went outside.

The appearance seen from the courtyard is like this.

The light is old fashioned ......

The window is stained glass.

As I further went down the stairs, there was a small room in the back of the store.

The close of McDonald 's is February 25, 2017. The reason for closing is that "the lease period expired".

McDonald's also exists in Krakow, Poland, using medieval caves. We are still open now.

This cave-like space was once used as a reservoir. It was found when McDonald's decided to construct a store, not as a demolition but as a food and drinking spaceIt seems to decide to reuse it. One of the leading McDonalds in PolandPopular storeIt is said that it is.

Blogs of people who actually went to the store can be seen from the following.
