BlackBerry's share finally reaches 0%



On 15th February 2017 Gartner announced the global share report of smartphone. Among them, the share of BlackBerry which once boasted of the glory was recorded as "0.0%", which is reminiscent of the embarrassment of the proponents of necessity.

Gartner's share of OS by OS in the fourth quarter of 2016 as announced by the following table is as follows. BlackBerry's CEO John Chen said "The sales volume of BlackBerry handsets equipped with Android OS in the second quarter of 2016 is about 400,000. "And sales as an Android smartphone are sluggish.


Before the iPhone appeared, it reigned on the throne of smartphone, BlackBerry which had many users expecting security aspect such as President Obama, even with the description in Gartner's investigation report, it may be lost.
