This cable is called "Pacific Light Cable Network (PLCN)", and it is going to be an optical fiber cable with a total length of 12,800 km. The communication speed is 120 Tbps, which is just double that of "FASTER". This 120 Tbps is the communication capacity that 80 million digital terminals can simultaneously perform the HD resolution videophone with Los Angeles.

PLCN is a submarine cable that realizes low latency, high security, and excellent bandwidth,APACIt is an infrastructure for providing better service to Google service users.
