It was found that the photograph which received the award in the contest by the White House Press Association of Photography Association (WHNPA) was actually digital processed, and received a measure for cancellation of the award.

The picture of the problem was taken by Mr. Tracy Woodward, a Washington Post photographer. The title "State Champion" captures the moment when wrestling champion is decided.

It was this picture that I won the prize. It is a picture of the joy of the champion.


However, the original was thus a referee behind the champion.
