Used UPS shock fact not working

A certain man made APCUPS (uninterruptible power supply)Even if I tried to purchase and move it in second hand, there seemed to be no movement at all and it seems that it was made clear that there were ridiculous items inside when it was disassembled by a nearby shop.

Although it is balanced when using it, the shop that sold this used UPS is pretty crafty, as it is devised so that it does not know by just checking the appearance and weight.

There is a brown block inside.


Taking out the block inside is a skusca. Since the APC Smart-UPS 600 VA weighs 14.56 kg, it can be thought that the block was added because it can not be weighted.


This should not work properly.


I think that such a UPS will never actually be bought, but when something goes wrong with UPS it may be better to doubt that "Uh ... maybe ...".
