Konami's PSP game "METAL GEAR SOLID PEACE WALKER" release date confirmed

The latest sequel of favored military action "METAL GEAR SOLID PEACE WALKER" now got a concrete release date. Also, Konami's got a new demo for the game.

METAL GEAR SOLID PEACE WALKER OFFICIAL SITE

According to Konami, METAL GEAR SOLID PEACE WALKER is to be released on Mar. 18, 2010 at 5,229 yen(about 60USD). The game has series's first "CO-OPS" mode and rich story like its PS3 brorher "METAL GEAR SOLID 4 GUNS OF THE PATRIOTS".

Snake(CV: Akio Ohtsuka), a expert soldier who saved the world from nuclear war.

Snake's partner "Miller(CV: Tomokazu Sugita)" who leads mercenary force "Army Without Borders"

Paz(CV: Nana Mizuki), peace loving girl who asked "Soldiers Without Borders" through Galvez to save Costa Rica from mysterious armed forces.

Paz's teacher "Galvez(Hochu Otsuka)" who contacted "Soldiers Without Borders".

CO-OPS gameplay. Thin gold rings around players are "CO-OP ring". If these rings get closer, they are into "CO-OP IN" mode. In "CO-OP IN" mode, life gauges of both characters are combined and shared by players.

You can share or rent items and equipments from other players in "CO-OP IN" mode.
