Explosive fireworks festival attaching gunpowder to hammer's tip and tapping on the ground

In Japan it is common to see the fireworks rising high in the sky when it says fireworks festival, but in Mexico there seems to be a slight dangerous festival to explode with hammer gunpowder.

The amount of smoke generated by the explosion is also considerable, and it is doubting whether something destructive activity is being done.
