Official English title of the movie "Evangelion Shin Gekijoban: Ha" decided

The official English title of "Evangelion Shin Gekijoban: Ha"(translated "Evangelion New Theatrical Version: Division"), a sequel to the movie "Evangelion Shin Gekijoban: Jo(Evangelion: 1.0 You Are (Not) Alone)" , was announced on its website. It is going to be called "Evangelion: 2.0 You Can (Not) Advance". Also, unfortunately for those who were waiting, a push back of the release date was announced.

Popular character Asuka Langley Soryu who didn't appear on the last movie will make an appearance, and a whole new character who's never appeared on neither movies nor the original anime series will be introduced in this new movie.

According to the official page, "Evangelion: 2.0 You Can (Not) Advance" will be released in early summer, 2009.

Introduction

Second film in the Rebuild of Evangelion tetralogy, the new film features Asuka Langley Soryu, and Evangelion Unit 02. A new female character and new Evangelion appears.

Some changes were added to the design of the poster in accordance with this public notice.
