The world's oldest animation discovered in Iran



Bowl of 5200 years ago discovered by Italian archaeologists in the 1970s. Five paintings representing the movement of goats drawn there are said to be the oldest animation in the world.

In this animation, the behavior of a goat that jumps and eats tree leaves is represented by five pictures. However, at the beginning when the archeology team found out, it was not recognized that each picture was relevant. A few years after being discovered, Iranian archaeologist Mansur Sadjadi became a new leader, and it seems that it was understood that each picture is consecutive for the first time there.

So far, the bowl was described as depicting the goat of Bant City where the bowl was discovered, but CHTHO (The Cultural Heritage, Tourism and Handicrafts Organization) who created this animation documentary is "The Assyrian tree's lifetime" It seems to argue that it is a thing that depicted the myth of myth.
