A teacher who anonymously commented on a blog dealing with topics of politics seems to have been arrested by the police due to the content of the comment. The police said that the administrator of the blog gave the written commenter's IP address to the administrator, arrested him at home, identifying the address, etc. The police seems to consider this teacher as "sin of disorder or questioning crime of illegally using communication system using computer".

Slashdot Japan | U.S. high school teacher who wrote offensive comments on blog anonymously, is arrested

The written comment isTechCrunch JapaneseAccording to it seems to be the contents as follows.

Looking at the salary amount of the teacher of West Bend, I feel nauseated. Just by "working" for only 5 hours a day, the rest is only $ 60,000 for a part-time job sitting on the sofa of the staff lounge and smoking cigarettes. It was good that I could win the referendum. But complaining just does not solve the problem. It is the children who are being injured by lazy and incompetent teachers. Even students fight back against these guys. Look at Eric Harris and Dylan Klebold, members of Republican Youth Department of Columbine. I was quite familiar with how to deal with teachers of union team of salary thieves. It's one for one! It is a pity that I was hit by liberal. Those two should be remembered as heroes.

By the way, it seems that the United States Free Human Rights Association is casting doubt as "exercise of freedom of speech".

There are many precedents in writing to the bulletin board and there are many precedents, but in the meantime also will Japan arrest by blog comment, or trackback ... ... will happen?
