A new concert hall made in Paris has an atmosphere like a different dimension space

It seems that a new concert hall will be built in Paris in 2012, but even if I look at the model of the projected completion diagram, I can not see it in the concert hall at all. Not only is the appearance changed but the inside is not quite normal, it seems to be a hole as if it got lost in a different space.

The appearance first changed considerably. The floors are alternately overlapped and the edge is not horizontal.
