Comparing Samples A to C, YouTube probably has the lowest image quality and sound quality, and Soapbox seems to be good in both image quality and sound quality.

The average speed of conversion was 3, YouTube was about 3 minutes, Google Video was about 2 minutes, Soapbox was about 3 minutes, Yahoo! Video Cast was 1 minute.
